Catalina Neff serves as the Family Engagement Specialist in the Student Support Services Division at the New Mexico Public Education Department. With more than 15 years of experience in family and community engagement, at-risk programming, and advocacy, she is committed to building strong, authentic partnerships between schools and families so every voice is heard and valued in the educational journey.
Her work is grounded in equity, inclusion, and uplifting marginalized communities, including at-risk youth and LGBTQ students and families. Catalina focuses on creating welcoming, culturally responsive spaces that foster trust, strengthen collaboration, and support student success.
