Megan Streeter is a Senior Technical Assistance Consultant in the Education Systems and Policy program at American Institutes for Research (AIR). She brings experience strengthening policy, practice, and collaborative partnerships to foster safe and supportive learning environments for students. She previously directed a research-partnership with the Pennsylvania Department of Education and led multiple projects advancing data-driven practices for school safety, mental health, and tiered systems of support. Her expertise in strategic planning, human-centered design, and participatory approaches enables her to engage various partners – including clinicians, families, educators, and policymakers – to drive meaningful, sustainable systems change. Her experience in regional and district settings informs her practical understanding of school-based supports. Streeter holds a master’s degree in public health from the University of Washington.
