Sarah Frazelle is a senior researcher at the American Institutes for Research® (AIR®), where she leads work on improving student attendance and engagement. She brings more than 16 years of experience supporting state and district education agencies to strengthen attendance, engagement, and student support systems, and has served as a project director for attendance-focused work across three Comprehensive Centers and two Regional Education Laboratories.
